WOD 4 the Cure

Join the newest fundraiser to benefit Cops 4 the Cure, WOD 4 the Cure. Teams of two athletes participate in a series of three WODS set up in a circuit format. The athletes begin their heat and do not stop moving until they have completed all stations. There is no down time in between events.
